Cancellation Policy 

*Cancellation policy for online lessons etc.

Please see each product page for cancellation policies regarding merchandise sales.

■If you cancel a one-off lesson for personal reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged and the difference will be refunded. Cancellations from 3 days prior to the lesson will be 30%, the day before 50%, and on the day 100%.

■There are no refunds for monthly lessons.

■Notification of cancellation

If you need to cancel your application for an unavoidable reason, please contact us using the details below and include the name of the person canceling, the details of your application, your phone number, and your email address.

If you cancel, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the cancellation policy.

■Cancellation fee

・No participation without notice: 100% of course fees

・Cancellation on the day of the event to 1 day before (the day before): 100% of the course fee

・Cancellation 2-7 days before the event: 50% of the course fee

Cancellation before that

→For those paying by credit card: Free

・Cancellation due to company reasons, natural disasters, infectious diseases, etc.: Full refund

■ Refund Method

If you cancel after making a transfer, we will refund you the amount as follows, based on the cancellation fee in the cancellation policy.

Except in cases where the date and time is changed or the event is canceled due to our reasons, the bank transfer fee for the refund will be borne by the customer.

■Changes to the event date and time

If we need to change the date and time of the event for our own reasons, we will contact you by email or phone at least 7 days prior to the event, except in unavoidable circumstances.

At that time, we will confirm your preference of participation or non-participation, and if you are unable to attend, we will refund your course fees in full.

■Changes to the event date and time

If we need to cancel a course for reasons of our own volition, except in unavoidable circumstances such as the instructor's sudden illness, the seminar office will contact you by email or telephone at least seven days before the course begins.

Tuition will be refunded in full.

Please note that unless we notify you of a change in the date and time of the class or cancellation, cancellations due to reasons such as snowfall will be considered cancellations made by the customer and will be subject to cancellation fees.
